Room 1

This large sunny corner room on the first floor overlooks our lawn, gardens and Mill Pond. It has two double beds and a large bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This is a great option for those needing two beds, or who would prefer a first-floor room.  A delicious breakfast each morning is included in the room rate.

Room 2

Room 2 is a spacious room with a beautiful king bed overlooking the lawn, gardens, and Mill Pond. It includes a sitting area, non-working fireplace, and a small bathroom with a tub/shower combination.  It’s an excellent choice for those wishing to remain on the first floor.  A delicious breakfast is included in the room rate.

Room 3

This cozy roadside room has a full-sized bed and looks across the road toward Northwest Harbor. This small room is ideal for one person and is adequate for two traveling on a budget. The small bathroom has a shower stall. A delicious breakfast is included in the room rate.

Special note: This room is directly over the kitchen, and noise can be heard in the morning starting around 7:00 AM. This room has been discounted accordingly.

Room 4

Room 4 is a second-floor corner room that overlooks the lawn, garden, and Mill Pond. A beautiful king-size oak canopy bed and large, brick, non-working fireplace add to its ambiance. The bathroom is large with a shower stall and a separate antique tub for a long soak after a day of exploring. A delicious breakfast is included in the room rate.

Room 5

This large, popular room on the second floor features a king-sized bed with views of the lawn, garden, and Mill Pond. A non-working fireplace and sitting area creates a charming area in which to relax. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and a delicious breakfast is included in the room rate.

Room 6

Room 6 was thought to be the bedroom of the original owners because of its handmade wood paneling, a special feature reserved for an important room in the house. It is a spacious accommodation on the second-floor roadside, with views of Northwest Harbor. It features a queen-size bed with a carved mahogany headboard, an in-room vanity sink and a small bathroom with a shower.  A delicious breakfast for is included in the room rate.

Room 7

This cozy, second-floor roadside room has warm, welcoming colors with views of Northwest Harbor. It features a queen-size bed and a non-working fireplace. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A delicious breakfast is included in the room rate.

Room 8

Located on the second floor, this smaller sunny corner room with a full-size bed has views of both Northwest Harbor on the road side and Mill Pond on the other side. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and a delicious breakfast is included in the room rate.

Special Note: The private staircase to this room has steep steps and may not be the best choice for those who have difficulty climbing stairs.

Room 9

This large, bright and sunny roadside corner room on the third floor has views of Northwest Harbor. It features beautiful wood floors, exposed brick, and vertical beams. This room has a king bed and a sitting area. The in-room sink is made from local granite, the toilet room and shower are separate. A tri-fold privacy screen separates the shower and toilet room area. Room 11

This cozy and quaint medium-sized corner room tucked under the eaves has a sloping ceiling and a window seat with views overlooking the garden, yard, and Mill Pond. It has a queen-size bed and a bathroom featuring Deer Isle granite and a tub/shower combination. A delicious breakfast is included in the room rate.

Room 12

Room 12 is the smallest but coziest room in the house and is best suited for a single traveler. A full-size bed is tucked underneath a sloped ceiling with a skylight and windows with views of Mill Pond. Guests refer to this roof as the “Tree House Room” because of the views. A partially enclosed sink, shower and toilet area is located at the end of the room. Please note there is not a door to the toilet area, but it is tucked behind a privacy wall. Rates include a delicious and hearty hot breakfast every day.

Room 14

Located on the third floor, this medium-sized roadside room has views of Northwest Harbor. It features rustic exposed vertical beams and a queen bed, under a partially sloped ceiling. An in-room vanity sink is topped with local granite and the bathroom includes a shower/tub combination. A delicious breakfast is included in the room rate.
